Fistral Beach Surf Guide

The heart of the UK surf scene since the 1960’s, ‘North’ is the site of the annual Boardmasters contest for good reason. It is a swell magnet that works through all tides, with conical, reeling pits and feathering A frames on a par with the best French beachies on its day. Some of the UK’s top surfers are locals here, honing their skills on the long, rippable walls and barrel sections. Great facilities - showers, lockers, beach bars etc meaning in the summer its packed. Even through winter it’s never quiet and there will be a tight pack on each peak. Holds its shape even in a big swell.
